What It Does
Description
Facial Gua Sha is the practice of gently drawing a curved stone along the contours of your face, to improve circulation and assist in lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling. Gua Sha can also help to reduce muscle tension in the face which can cause lines and wrinkles.
Facial Gua Sha should be performed with a facial oil on the skin to assist in smooth motion. We suggest using our Nurture Elixir which is packed with essential fatty acids and soothing calendula.
Usage
Movement should be gently up and out, starting with the neck, jawline, chin, and around the mouth then draw the stone across cheeks and under the eyes, across your eyebrows and from your forehead up to your hairline.
