Directions of Use:

1. After cleansing in the evening, massage a small amount of Medik8 Crystal Retinal 1 across the face, neck and and décolletage. 
2. Allow to absorb before applying your moisturiser.
3. Medik8 Crystal Retinal 1 application should be phased in gradually. 
4. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. 
5. Always wear sunscreen the following morning while using this product, and for 1 week after.
